Emraan Hashmi and Shahrukh Khan Together in Netflix’s Bard of Blood

Emraan Hashmi and Shahrukh Khan together will work for the same project for the very first time.

As Shahrukh Khan’s Netflix production series ‘Bard of Blood‘ shoots begin on Sunday, the series is being made under the banner of Red Chilies Entertainment starring Emraan Hashmi in the lead.

The series is based on the Book ‘Bard of Blood’ written by Bilal Siddiqui.

Serial Kisser of Bollywood will make his debut in the web series, the shoots began in Leh, and the actor seems to be infatuated with the breathtaking beauty of Jammu and Kashmir district.

To mark the occasion of the first of the shoot, Red Chillies’s Gaurav Verma tweeted;
“Big day! 18 months of hard work faces the camera today… The first day of ‘Bard of Blood’ shoot. Emraan Hashmi, Ribhu Das Gupta… and my partners in this journey. Thank you Red Chillies Entertainment, OTT platform and Shah Rukh Khan.”

The superstar SRK also took on to Twitter to show his excitement to express his excitement about the project and retweeted Verma’s Tweet and said, “This is one of the most exciting stuff Red Chillies & ur team is doing my man. Love to u all.”

The Plot

Based on Bilal Siddiqui’s book “The Bard Of Blood”, the show is set against the backdrop of the Indian subcontinent. The multilingual series will tell the story of an expelled spy, Kabir Anand who is recalled from his new life as a Shakespeare professor in Panchgani to save his country and a long-lost love.

Siddiqui has previously co-written the book “The Kiss of Life” with Emraan Hashmi published in 2016, the book was based on the time when Emraan Hashmi’s son diagnosed with cancer and how bravely his son and his family dealt with those moments.
