Boost your energy!

Just like your phone, your battery to gets down and you left with no energy. Like you’re sitting in a lecture hall or at work but you feel like you can’t do anything because you need to charge yourself up. You feel that you need to plug in your switch and get yourself 100% charge to process further.

When your battery is down you get annoyed, you hate everything and everyone. You feel your lids are almost close but you’ve to stay awake and get your shit together.

You hate that feeling right? Cause same.

To combat to such low energy mode you need to add these things in your daily routine to stay on track.

1. Water

The main thing you have to do is to increase the intake of water. at least drink 8-9 glass water daily. Because 60% of our body is made up of water. So drinking enough of it will help you with fatigue.

So, go get yourself a glass of water now!

2. Seeds

Yes, always keep some pumpkin, flax and chia seeds in your diet. They’re a great source of fibers and Omega. They can also increase your energy levels!

So go rind some flaxseed and sprinkle them on your cereal.

3. Nuts

Nuts are the best snacks packed with a huge amount of nutrients. They are high in omega 3, 6 and also contain other minerals and vitamins, such as iron, B vitamins and vitamin E, manganese, proteins, carbs and healthy fats.

And all these can help increase energy production and decrease fatigue.

4. Apples

Green tea is actually really famous for its health benefits and the list of the benefits is really long. It’s high in antioxidants which helps in preventing inflammation and stress.

Green also contains a little amount of caffeine that will boost your energy, so yeah. A cup of green tea in the evening won’t hurt.
