The Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Dominica, Dr Roosevelt Skerrit, has made an announcement about the beginning of the Ti Vilaj Kweyol- Tout Biten Domnik on the island. The details about the above mentioned has been shared by the Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Dominica, Dr Roosevelt Skerrit via his official social media handle.
While taking it to his official social media handle, PM Skerrit added that, “It’s Finally Ti Vilaj Kwéyòl – Tout Biten Domnik Time in Dominica!”
It is to be noted that, Ti Vilaj Kweyol- Tout Biten Domnik, have started on October 24, 2023. Noting to the post and the glimpses shared by PM Skerrit over his official social media handle, “Starting TODAY at 11 AM, be sure to join us for the Ultimate Independence Daytime Creole Event!”
Along with sharing the above mentioned details, PM Skerrit, has also shared the flyers, comprising the details of the events that will be taking place during this event. He further asked people to check the daily flyers to know about the series of performances that will be taking place during Ti Vilaj Kweyol 2023.
Noting to the post shared by PM Roosevelt Skerrit, the details added that, “Check out the #DailyFlyers below for the lineup of performances you’ve been eagerly waiting for!”
While extending the invitation to the general audience, PM Skerrit, said that, “Now, there’s no excuse not to join us at the Botanic Gardens with your friends and family, support our local businesses and food vendors, and celebrate everything that makes Dominica special!”
It is to be added that the event will be taking place from October 24, 2023 to October 26, 2023. The event was earlier to take place from October 23 to October 26, but the sudden postpone of the dates from October 23 to October 24 took place after the warning of the tropical storm Tammy came in.
Considerably, after the threat of the tropical storm is now cleared, the event has started and as per the official timings, the event will take place from 11 AM to 8 PM at Botanic Garden. As per the information, the entry fee for the event will be $10 for (12 years+).
