The Invest Dominica Authority on Tuesday held a webinar on the subject of “The Dominica Advantage: Maximizing Your Business Potential in the Caribbean.” The US Director for OCO Global, Ian Hunter, led the webinar as well as working with Invest Dominica to capitalize on its natural resources, along with potential talents and geographic location.
The sole aim behind webinar is to highlight the benefits of establishing operations in Dominica as well as how the island’s highly educated talent pool gives it an advantage regarding the new chances in the Caribbean. The speakers included Rhoda Joseph, Alice Simon, a highly experienced BPO consultant based in Dominica; executive director of the Invest Dominica Authority along with the Executive Director of the National Telecoms Regulatory Commission, Craig Nesty.
