Junaid Jamshed is a name that needs no introduction. His name elicits nothing but harmony and love for the Pakistani masses

The singer turned preacher touched many lives and was beloved across the globe.

His journey in the quest for divine is a tale worth hearing. Junaid’s sudden death in 2016 shook the country and set a sorrowful gloom for days. His funeral was attended by a large amount of people – an illustration of his immense respect.

Different tributes have been paid to the legendary icon, and another beautiful tribute was added to the list.

The Junaid Jamshed Mosque was inaugurated at Singer Chowrangi, Korangi at J. Unit 2, Karachi.


The man who preached religious harmony and Islam based life style, has a mosque named after him. How apt!
