Had Khadija been served with justice? The answer itself is circulating all over the internet and whole country is roaring for #Justiceforkhadija.
In the midday light mercilessly, Khadija was attacked by her old fellow in middle of the Davis road on 23rd May, 2016. 23 deep cuts with knife were lunged on Khadija’s neck, back and chest but her fighting spirit kept her alive.
The Lahore High Court reserved its judgement on Khadija’s case after a year long trial. Last month court sentenced her attacker but the decision was challenged later.
The attacker Hussain Shah is a son of influential lawyer. After all the clear proofs and courageous fight by Khadija herself, but the twist is attacker was released by court. It could not have been simple as it was, but being a son of influential lawyer, every possible thing was done to refrain judge’s decision.

Hamza Ali Abbasi even tweeted.
#JusticeForKhadija #WeAreWithKhadija We should be discussing this tragic injustice & other severe issues plaguing our country rather than Reham’s nonsense. Insha Allah the media storm on this filth Reham calls her book will end in a few and we.ll able to talk abt real issues. https://t.co/uR6oabgEIi

Justice is a fallacy in Pakistan even if you have concrete proofs, see what Osman Khalid has to say.
A seven-year sentence for attempted murder – reduced to five years – reduced to nothing. This is how we value a woman seeking justice with proof (multiple eye-witnesses, DNA match) – the message is loud and clear. She is reduced to nothing. #JusticeForKhadija

Twitter seems more united and enraged on LHC decision.
And if it is the game of power, then so be it. Because there is nothing more powerful than when people come together united for a cause against those in power. We are with you @khadeeeej751 #justiceforkhadija
