Malala Returns To Pakistan After Five Years

Nobel Peace Prize winner Malala Yousafzai has arrived in Pakistan for the first time after being shot by terrorist.

In 2012 Malala Yousafzai was shot in the head by a gunman for campaigning for education for girls. She suffered bullet injuries and was admitted to the military hospital Peshawar. But later on identifying severe condition, Malala was shifted to London.

In 2014, Yousafzai became the youngest recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize at the age of 17 in recognition of her efforts for children’s rightsand education.

She will meet with the Prime Minister of Pakistan Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa, as well as other important figures. No one had idea about Malala yousafzai coming to Pakistan, the trip has been kept secret. She has been arrived with her parents at Islamabad’s Benazir Bhutto International Airport under high security.
