When you’re at office work on 9 to 5 job you get sick of sitting in your chair the whole day. It seems like ages are passing by but not the time. Jobs like these decrease your physical activities and that’s not good for your health. And you end up being overweight and lazy. And sometimes you feel tired of sitting, you feel stiffness in your muscles, especially the neck and backbone. So for the solution, we have some stretches for you.

And here are the easy and quick stretches for you

1. Chest Opener

Bring your hands behind your back, press your palms together, sit up tall and hold for 5–10 seconds.

2. Look Around yourself

Turn your head the left and try and look over your shoulder and hold for a few seconds … repeat on the right.

3. The Ballerina

Lift your arm over your head and reach towards the opposite side. And remember to keep your back straight.

4. For your neck

Sit up tall and drop your right ear down towards your right shoulder (you don’t have to touch it!) and hold for a few seconds and repeat for the left side.

5. Reach for the sky

Interlace your fingers and reach up towards the sky, as high as you can … keeping your palms facing up towards the ceiling.

6. Simple Shrugs

Raise both shoulders up towards your ears and hold for a few seconds and release. Repeat a few times for good measure.

7. Bobblehead

Drop your chin down towards your chest and gently roll your head from side to side. And repeat till you like.

8. Hug your knees

With a bent knee, lift your right leg up and grab it with your arms and pull it in as close to your chest as you can. Hold for 5–10 seconds and make sure and do it on the left side, too.

9. Reach and Bend

Extend your right arm over your head and reach out as far as you can to the left and gently bend over. Hold for a few seconds and do it the other way.

10. The Elbow pump

While seated on your chair, touch your opposite shoulder blade, and the gently grab your elbow and pull it towards the opposite side.
