TAHIR DAWAR KHAN FOUND DEAD IN AFGHANISTAN
Tahir Khan Dawar, KPK’s superintendent of police was missing from the past one month is found dead on tuesday. Tahir Khan Dawar, whose body has been found wounded in Afghanistan near Nangarhar province. The Afghan officials have also confirmed the Pakistani Embassy in Kabul the dead body of SP Tahir Dawar.
AFGHAN OFFICIALS TAKE ON THE DEATH OF SP
SP Tahir Khan Dawar’s name has been included among the list of those who lost their lives on duty and embraced martyrdom. SP Tahir Dawar was active against the extremist organizations and had done several searching and work to perish their nests in Pakistan. He was abducted a month ago and since his abduction, law enforcement agencies were in search for him, when finally on Tuesday his mutilated body has been reported by Afghan Officials. Since the confirmation of Tahir Dawar’s murder, Pakistani Embassy in Kabul is in constant connections with Afghan Foreign Ministry.

SP Tahir Dawar is not the first police officer who has been targeted by bloodthirsty terrorists. In November 2017, Additional Inspector Ashraf Noor was brutally killed by a suicide bomber on a motorcycle, when he was leaving for work. In July 2017, Balochistan’s Qila Abdullah district’s officer was murdered in a suicide attack in the border town of Chaman. In which his security guard and other 10 people had lost their lives too.
SSP Chaudhry Aslam in 2011 survived the attack of the blast against him on September 19, 2011, in which his house was destroyed. Chaudhry was famous for his ruthless behavior against terrorists. Though, he was targeted again by terrorists and embraced martyrdom along other policemen too.
The brutal killing of Tahir Khan Dawar has shocked the nation.
