News Provider – Zebvo – The United Arab Emirates’ crowning glory, Dubai, is a must-see destination. It is home to some of the world’s most luxurious, expensive, and well-known accommodations in terms of housing and hotels. You can’t experience the city’s opulence without staying at one of the world’s most expensive penthouses or hotels.
One such luxury is the 25,000 sq. ft. five-bed penthouse triplex, located at the Atlantis The Royal Resort & Residences in Palm Jumeirah. It is a perfect example of “extravagance at its best”.
Built and operated by Kerzner, Atlantis The Royal Dubai is located on the crescent of The Palm and comprises 231 luxury apartments, 693 hotel rooms, and 102 suites.
A full-service real estate agency -Metropolitan Premium Properties is marketing the lavish penthouse. It is listed for sale at $49 million and after the completion of the project, it is expected that the price would witness three folds increase.
The penthouse, recognized as the most expensive and luxurious in Dubai, has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, an outdoor deck with its infinity pool 90 metres above ground, and commanding views of Palm Island and the Arabian sea. It also has a magnificent private lounge, beach, and admission to five-star amenities.
Designed by KPF architects, the penthouse features great interior options by Sybille De Margerie, who has tasked artists to create remarkable materials ranging from leather, metal and porcelain, glass, and gold leaf.
Nikita Kuznetsov, partner Metropolitan Group and CEO of Metropolitan Premium Properties, said the demand for ultra-luxury properties among foreign investors has seen exponential growth in recent years.
“We have also seen an increase in the number of transactions for villas and townhouses, with a special curiosity and increased market for waterfront/shoreline properties,” said Kuznetsov.
Metropolitan Premium Properties, one of the largest & trusted leading Real Estate Companies in UAE, stated that 30% of its transactions were from international clients, predominantly from the UK, CIS and other parts of Europe, including France, Austria and Germany, with the trend continuing this year as well.
One of the group’s most significant transactions was two penthouses in the W Residence, Palm Jumeirah. They were sold for Dhs102m to the same buyer in addition to a Royal Atlantis Garden Villa for Dhs44m and one in IL PRIMO Downtown for Dhs42m to a European buyer.
Atlantis, The Palm (if not the Burj Al Arab), with its distinctive Arabian design, come to mind first when anyone mention luxury accommodations in Dubai to visitors all over the world.
First opened in 2008, the city has witnessed a major transformation, especially on Palm Jumeirah, which is now home to luxury apartments and stylish hotels.
