Josh Duggar is, however, out on bail expecting his hearing date, but as prior reports showed, he can’t stay at home with his wife and kids while he anticipates sentencing for child porn. The previous week, the former 19 Kids and Counting star had a court entrance over Zoom where circumstances associated with his exit from the detention center were set out to him. Also, it was the meeting when we got to hear some message on the day Duggar was initially arrested.
On Saturday evening, Josh’s sister, Joy-Anna, and her partner, Austin Forsyth, conversed about Josh’s arrest for the first time. ‘The recent allegation brought against Josh disheartens us to our core,’ they each addressed on their respective Insta Stories. ‘We haven’t wanted to be rash in making any comments while still trying to process the news personally. We’re especially heartbroken by the fact that there are kids in the world being harmed and misused.’ ‘We ask for prayer for all those included, and it is our extended prayer that the fact comes to light.’
Duggar emphasized TLC’s “19 Kids and Counting” till it was drawn from the network in 2015 following inspirations that Duggar had molested four of his sis and a babysitter. Duggar’s parents stated that he had admitted to the fondling and apologized. A federal agent testified Wednesday that several pornographic pictures of kids, including toddlers, had been downloaded to a computer at a car dealership that Duggar owned in 2019. Monitoring details that sent reported Duggar’s wife about his activity had been warned. However, the pictures & videos were downloaded after the software was established that enabled him to download them without being monitored, the agent responded.
Under the conditions of his release, Duggar can communicate with his kids but only with his wife present. He can’t be nearby any other minors, including any other relatives.
