The first and foremost positive change he mentioned is the honours received by the Health Workers, while the honor was denied by the team Unity.
Considering which the then elected Minister Wendy Phipps received $40,000, but the nurses and doctors who hard worked on the frontline received nothing.
Moreover, an effective positive change was seen in the increase in pay or salary of the Health Workers. Several scholarships were also introduced for nurses who are skilled in their specialized fields, to benefit them specifically.

A significant work to end the roof leaking at the JNF Hospital was also completed. The roof leaking problem was a long running matter which was important to be solved as it started harming the General Hospital, which was also harmful for the admitted patients.
During, the recent upgradations, the JNF General Hospital encompasses a variety of projects that included the repairment of roofs, which was an initiative undertaken by the Taiwanese.
Along with these upgradations, they also made the foyer renovations by the Cable and Partners. It was an improvement work for the morgue and back corridors, that was led by the Errol Williams through the public works.
More positive changes were also introduced, with the refurbishment work of the kitchen which was carried out by the private partners. It is an ongoing assessment as the people of St. Kitts and Nevis deserve such improved facilities.
